20/11/2008

The Defence 2020 National Youth Challenge will be held at the Australian National Museum in Canberra on 4th December 2008.

A video of the program will be made available on this website soon after the event. What should be the role of the ADF in 2020? Does the ADF act as a responsible citizen at home and overseas? Visitors to this site can view the video clip and hear what students and ADF representatives have to say on these issues.

Schools from the ACT and surrounding districts have been invited to bring groups of students on the day. This will be a great opportunity for them to meet with our military and political leaders and to discuss important civics and citizenship issues.
